Frequently Asked Questions

  • SHIPPING

    - We ship worldwide.

    - Domestic orders are shipping with USPS

    - International orders are shipped with Fedex.

    - For International countries, please view the shipping rates calculator located on the Cart

    page before you proceed to the Check out. 

    - International orders are subject to duty and custom fees. We are not responsible for

    these charges.

    - Please make sure you supply us with a full and correct shipping address, including your

    apartment number.

    - We don't ship to PO boxes.

    - In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address, please note that

    additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order.

  • ORDER PROCESSING

    - You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and

    another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.

    - Please allow up to 2 days for the activation of your tracking number. 

    - Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:

    1. USA: 2-3 business days.

    2. Canada:  3-4 business days.

    3. International: 4-5 business days.

  • PAYMENTS

    - Payments are made through Paypal or by Credit Card through Square.

    - Please note that your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

    - Please note that if your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card’s Billing

    Address, we might request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address.

  • RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

    - All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be

    modified/canceled.

    - In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us
